Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, registering or using our platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (these "Terms"). If you do not agree with any term or condition in these Terms, please immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration Rules

To create an account on our Platform, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the registration process ("Registration Data"). You may only hold one active account at a time on the Platform. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any application for an account without explanation.

One-Account-Per-User Policy

Each individual user may have only one account on our Platform, which must be used solely by that user and not shared with others (the "Single Account Rule"). If we reasonably believe that you are attempting to breach the Single Account Rule or otherwise engaging in prohibited behavior, we reserve the right to take action, including closing your account(s).

Identity Verification and KYC

We may request additional information from you for identity verification purposes. You must comply with all such requests (the "KYC Requirements"). We will review and verify any Registration Data provided by you as part of our standard business procedures.

Account Accuracy Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of your Registration Data at all times. If we reasonably believe that your data has become outdated or inaccurate, we reserve the right to request further information or terminate your account if necessary.

Account Security Responsibilities

To maintain the security and integrity of our Platform, you agree:

  • To use strong passwords for each login;

Login Credentials and Password Protection

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

By using the Platform, you agree:

  • Not to use the service(s) provided on the Platform (including software applications, digital media, website services etc.) in a manner that is detrimental, illegal, misleading, deceptive or manipulative;
  • To refrain from accessing areas of our platform that are clearly marked as restricted.In addition to any other actions we may take, we reserve the right to suspend or close your account for breach of this provision without explanation.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

We maintain systems to prevent fraudulent activity, such as duplicate accounts. In order to minimize risks associated with these types of threats you agree not:

  • Open more than one active account on our Platform;
  • Participate in or engage in activities that help create duplicates for individual users.For the purposes of fraud prevention and control, we also maintain right at all times without any further notice in accordance with these Terms to request information from other service providers if need arise.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

The terms applicable to any bonus offer (whether it is free money or non-monetary prizes) are set out on our Platform. By registering for a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms relating to such offer(s). These bonus offers may include specific rules concerning participation eligibility requirements, cash-out procedures, etc.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts
